What is our return policy?
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email Support@ishaman.shop with your order number and the product you wish to return, and we will assist you in processing your return. Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How do I return a product?
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unopened, with all packaging intact. We strongly recommend that you use a sturdy shipping box and request proof of shipment from the carrier.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. We will approve or deny your refund based on the condition of the product. If the refund is approved, we will refund your original payment method as quickly as possible, but within 14 days at the latest. If your payment information changes during this time, please email Support@ishaman.shop. Please note that credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items.
What if I received a damaged product?
We apologize if your item was damaged. Please report your damaged item within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Support@ishaman.shop. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
